The frozen food is thawed in the defroster box, protected from light and vitamin saving.

With the defroster sieve, it is separated from the nitrate and phosphate enriched thawing water and can be enriched with essential vitamins and amino acids (aminovit). Incl. defroster box with lid and sieve.
