What does it cost?

We offer flat rate $8.50 postage on all standard orders.
Live Plants can't be sent with any heavy items, as they are sent express (at no extra cost). They can only be sent with small, light items (maximum order weight 3kg).
Big, bulky or breakable? These orders require special handling so additional costs apply. Use the delivery calculator in the cart to view delivery costs.


How will I know my order is on the way?

We'll email your tracking details, and SMS if this option is selected, so you will be able to follow the progress of your order as it travels to you.


How long does it usually take?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Canberra, ACT within 1-2 business days on average.
Standard Orders usually arrive within 3-4 days to metro areas and 5-9 days for other areas.
Express orders are sent via express delivery services including couriers, delivery times are 1-2 business days for metro areas, regional areas may take longer. We don't offer any express delivery guarantees, delivery times are outside of our control.
Bulky orders including pallets usually arrive within 2-3 days to metro areas, 4-8 days for most other areas. Far regional and remote areas can take up to 2 weeks.
Special order items will vary as they need to be ordered in: contact us for an estimated time. We order fortnightly from our suppliers so most arrive quickly.

When is my order dispatched?

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days on average.
Pallets freight (aquariums, terrariums, bulky/heavy orders) are dispatched once per week.

Who do you use?

We use Star Track, TNT, Australia Post and for local deliveries, our awesome warehouse team. The delivery service used varies depending on the location and size of the order.

We can deliver to physical addresses such as your home or workplace, or services such as Parcel Lockers & Parcel Collect. Please note we can only send small, light orders to PO Boxes, larger orders are sent via courier. For some areas we can send via courier only. The delivery option at the checkout will state if there are exclusions.
Weight and size limits apply for Australia Post, Parcel Locker and Parcel Collect deliveries, due to Australia Post size restrictions. If your order doesn't fit, you will need to provide a street address..

International Shipping

We offer international delivery to New Zealand only. We will not send foods, soils or import restricted items. Not sure if it's allowed to be brought in? Click here.

International delivery times vary and do not include customs processing times. Customs/duties may apply, these are not included. Order delays are outside of our control, refunds will not be given for delays.


What else?

We strive to recycle packaging materials as much as we can, and both our green bubble wrap and packing peanuts/noodles are biodegradable. Other packaging is reused from deliveries sent to us. Thank you for supporting our recycling program.

Orders may be left at the address provided (Authority to Leave) where the delivery driver deems it safe to do so. Please provide an address where someone will be available to accept delivery if you do not wish for the item to be left.

Pallets are delivered to the nearest building access only, and are not unpacked or taken up stairs. For units/apartments, this will be the main complex door.

Delivery costs are for mainland Australia & Tasmania only and exclude islands.
