Same day shipping excludes pallet orders (aquariums, terrariums, bulky orders) and special order items. Dispatch is business days only, excludes weekends and public holidays.
Live Plants are sent Monday and Tuesday only.
We are open and trading as usual. All orders will be packed and sent as per our usual handling times above. Our team are working through the weekends and later in the evenings to ensure orders are dispatched quickly.
Customer Service Delays
We are experiencing much higher than normal demand, delays with customer service responses may occur. We'll get back to you as quickly as we can. Thank you for your patience.
Expect Delivery Delays
Our delivery companies have advised there may be delays for all parcel deliveries, this includes express, due to the much higher than normal parcel volume as more people shop online. Flight reductions will especially impact express parcel deliveries, these will continue to be moved faster than standard parcels but may be delayed. The latest updates are available here.
Our carriers are working very hard to get all deliveries out quickly, whilst maintaining the safety of their staff.
Please note we are unable to refund or replace items delayed in transit, these delays are outside of everyone’s control.

Contact Free Delivery
All of our delivery companies have introduced contact free delivery, drivers will leave your order in a safe place to avoid contact and help prevent you needing to leave to collect it.
We're Staying Safe
Our warehouse access has been limited to staff only with contact free collections and deliveries by our couriers. Our warehouse is being thoroughly cleaned daily and staff temperatures are being checked at the commencement of their shift. Local deliveries will now be sent by courier, our warehouse staff will no longer be delivering locally.
What does it cost?
We offer flat rate $8.50 postage on all standard orders.
Live Plants cannot be sent with any heavy items, as they are sent express. They can only be sent with small, light items (maximum order weight 3kg).
Big, bulky or breakable? These orders require different transport vehicles and special handling, so additional costs apply. Use the delivery calculator in the cart to view real time pricing.
How will I know my order is on the way?
We'll email you your tracking details, and SMS if this option is selected after checking out, so you will be able to follow the progress of your order as it travels to you.
How long will it take?
You can use the online calculators linked below to estimate your delivery date. Our pick up location is Hume ACT 2620.
Express orders are sent via express delivery services including couriers, delivery times are 1-2 business days for metro areas, regional areas may take longer. We don't offer any express delivery guarantees, delivery times are outside of our control.
Special order items
will vary as they need to be ordered in: contact us
for an estimated time. We order fortnightly from our suppliers so most arrive quickly.

We offer international delivery to New Zealand only. We will not send foods, soils or import restricted items. Not sure if it's allowed to be brought in? Click here.
International delivery times vary and do not include customs processing times or delays. Customs/duties may apply, these are not included.
We strive to recycle packaging materials as much as we can, and both our green bubble wrap and packing peanuts/noodles are biodegradable. Thank you for supporting our recycling program.
Orders may be left at the address provided (Authority to Leave) where the courier deems it safe to do so. Please provide an address where someone will be available to accept delivery if you do not wish for the item to be left.
Pallets are delivered to the nearest building access only, and are not unpacked or taken up stairs. For units/apartments, this will be the main complex door.
Aquariums & Terrariums cannot be sent to WA, NT or TAS due to the exorbitant costs.
Delivery costs are for mainland Australia and exclude islands. Additional costs apply to non mainland deliveries.
