What does it cost?

Postage starts at $11.95 for standard orders. Additional costs may apply depending on order size, weight and location. Please use the delivery calculator in the cart to view delivery costs.

 

When is my order dispatched?

In stock orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday.  During peak times short delays may occur.
 
Express post prioritised and sent same day if ordered before 11am AEDT.
 
Heavy/bulky orders (rock, soil, gravel) and Pallet freight (aquariums, terrariums) are dispatched once per week.
 
For special order items please contact us for an estimate.

 How long does it usually take?

Standard Orders usually arrive within 3-4 days to metro areas and 5-9 days for other areas.
 
Express orders are sent via express delivery services including couriers, delivery times are 1-2 business days for metro areas, regional areas may take longer. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Postage is not refundable for late parcels.
 
Special order items will vary as they need to be ordered in: contact us for an estimated time.
 
International Orders vary by location. Please allow up to 4 weeks but majority arrive well before then.
 
 

Who do you use?

We use Australia Post, Star Track, TNT/Fedex and for local deliveries, our awesome warehouse team. The delivery service used varies depending on the location and size of the order.
 
Weight and size limits apply for Australia Post, Parcel Locker and Parcel Collect deliveries, due to Australia Post size restrictions. If your order doesn't fit, you will need to provide a street address.

 

How will I know my order is on the way?

We'll email your tracking details, and SMS if this option is selected, so you will be able to follow the progress of your order as it travels to you.

 

What else?

International orders: We cannot send soils/gravels or glass items.
 
We strive to recycle packaging materials as much as we can, and both our bubble wrap and packing peanuts/noodles are biodegradable. Other packaging is reused from deliveries sent to us. Thank you for supporting our recycling program.
 
Orders may be left at the address provided (Authority to Leave) where the delivery driver deems it safe to do so. Please provide an address where someone will be available to accept delivery if you do not wish for the item to be left.
 
Pallets are delivered to the nearest building access only, and are not unpacked or taken up stairs.
