The OASE AquaMax Eco Classic are a range of electronically adjustable filter and watercourse pumps.
The Classic range are extremely economical and energy-efficient usage of this saves money and electricity as it continues to produce high flow-rates whilst maintaining efficient energy levels thanks to its energy-efficient EC motor hich provides maximum power savings, leading to reduced energy costs during its operation.
The Classic range of pumps are suitable for use on swim ponds and bathing ponds (used in an exterior pump chamber) and its Environmental Function Control (EFC by OASE) protects the pumps against dry running and blocking.
When you open the packaging, the pump itself is pretty much assembled. All you need to do is open the sealed bag which contains two hose tails, which, one has a ball joint so that it can move around slightly and the other is a rigid hose tail. In this bag you also get seals for the hose tails and 2 hose clips which comes handy as most suppliers do not offer this.
The entry-level class among the filter and watercourse pumps: AquaMax Eco pumps the pond water to the watercourse, waterfall or filter system powerfully and reliably. The large-surface wrap-around filter allows coarse dirt particles such as fish waste or dead plant parts up to 8 mm in size to pass through.
The pumps switch off automatically in the event of dry running or blockage, preventing damage to the unit. The environmental benefit: Thanks to the energy-efficient EC motor, the AquaMax Eco Classic constantly saves electricity – and therefore money.
These pump models can freeze in ice and snow without damage. The hose connection is very simple: Hoses of different sizes fit easily on the special stepped hose connector and the ball joint can be swivelled to any direction required.
