For an aged, weathered look Ghostwood has no equal.
These branches of Manzanita and other species have spent years exposed to the harsh conditions of the California mountains.
The grains and textures are accentuated when wet and the hardness of Ghostwood ensures years of use under the toughest environments including aquariums, terrariums and humid vivariums.
These pieces may float until saturated, which can take a few days or weeks depending on the size of the wood. Until it is saturated enough to sink you can weigh it down with a rock or other heavy object.
